I had been tinkering with my invention all day, when my girlfriend entered and demanded that I explain to her what I was working on.

``It's a rolling descrambler,'' I said.
``When you wind it up, it begins predicting your movements, and responds preemptively.
You then can't help but do something different than you were going to, which of course it also knows and preemptively prevents you from doing that also.
I'm going to write an article about it and post it on the internet.''

``Why is it called a rolling descramber?'' she said.

``What else would it be called?'' I said, laughing.
``A stabalized decentralizer?''
